New Year Treat

What a way to jump-start your New Year with a bowl of curry. But, not just an ordinary bowl of curry. It's Mr Chong's delicious bowl of curry. If you wonder who Mr Chong is, well it's Hannah's dad. You've become my idol for curry cooking. Yay!

This curry is not a Malay nor any other races punya curry. It's so special, it could be his very own curry.

I took this picture before I even ate, because I know, surely it will be nice

Now, to make you mouth water.

As some of you may know, I always need/want good food. Any bad food, I'd comment straight away! Shhh...but sometimes, the food I cooked, also bad. But there is still time for improvements.

Ok, getting back to the curry.

I don't know what's inside, but one things for sure, there's potatoes, chicken, and curry leaves, and not to forget, curry powder. And maybe some santan, a touch of salt and a few secret spices. XD

The curry, of course taste awesome. Or else I wont blog it. It taste sweet, spicy and rich with santan all rojak-ed together. It's not too watery, and not to dry, like gravy. Although I'm on the gravy side, but that is just nice. Seriously. One sip of that curry, and you can jump off your seat and sing Joy to the World!

And why not eat it with a bowl of rice? Whoa! The best way to celebrate 2009, a bowl of curry. So, my birthday, I will take another bowl, because,

I have a whole container to enjoy!

Is Hannah lucky or what? Envy you! Even my dad doesn't cook such delicious curry. Sorry dad.. :)

Baking cake on my birthday, hopefully its nice. RM1 per slice. Haha, just kidding. Must leave some for my brother. So, its limited.
